What does bridge31 actually do?
It connects, with your permission, to your Cliniko system overnight and creates an invoice for every appointment in your Xero account.
Some of my patients demand monthly invoicing, can it support that?
Yes, if you add a custom client field with a section named "Invoicing" and a field title of "Frequency" with an option value of "Monthly" (and, say, "Per Appointment" as an alternative). Then bridge31 will ignore appointments for patients with Monthly invoicing frequency until the end of the month.
An invoice wasn't created
You can check for appointments without invoices and manually create invoices or contact us if it looks like it's a problem at our end.
I have multiple Xero accounts, how can I change the Xero tenant I gave you access to?
Sign out of bridge31. Then go into Xero, Settings, Connected Apps and choose the Disconnect button next to bridge31. Then return to https://bridge31.com and sign in again.
Do you support multiple Cliniko / Xero account logins for our practice?
Not currently. If you have a burning, strong and clear requirement (e.g. a desire to have both a business owner and an administrator manage bridge31) then please let us know. At the moment we expect one user to configure one Cliniko account for one Xero account.
